Our Banquet facilities will make that special occasion even more memorable. For more intimate gatherings the "Reflection Room", or the "Skylight Room" make the perfect venue to celebrate in. For larger groups up to 120 people, combine both the "Reflection Room" and "Skylight Room" to make the "Lindsay Inn Ballroom". Wedding Services

Blanket Reservations

As an additional convenience to your guests, the bride and groom can pre-book rooms which we hold in the name of your wedding party. These rooms will be held until exactly one month prior to the wedding date. At which time the rooms will go back into the open reservation pool. This gives your guests plenty of opportunity to reserve and guarantee their own rooms while you are in no way responsible for the rooms!

One on One Service

Our staff are well versed in wedding bookings. We try to ensure we have all the answers to any questions you or your guests may have for the day of your wedding.

We like to have an initial meeting at which you would book your wedding space, discuss menus and details of your special day and then take care of any deposits required.

We would then have another meeting where all the specific details are discussed, finalizing menus, seating arrangements, decoration requirements, etc. -- this meeting is usually about 2 months before the wedding date. This meeting would be when any special requests or changes should be mentioned.

One month prior to the wedding date we suggest having a final meeting. This meeting is to confirm and guarantee the number of guests attending the wedding and any last minute changes.

If at any other time you or anyone in your party have any questions we would be more then happy to help you. Also if you are unsure of set-up ideas we would be happy to show you some pictures of previous weddings set-ups.

Payment Schedule

We require a minimum deposit at the time of booking your function of $100.00. This deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable.

At the time of number confirmation one half of the total estimated bill should be paid (this is usually one month prior to the function date).

On the date (but prior to) the function, the full estimated balance must be paid. Please note, in the event of your function being cancelled within 48 hours of the function date and time, one half of the quoted function cost will become payable to the Lindsay Inn as a cancellation fee.

At the time of departure any discrepancies with the total bill will be finalized. ( an example of a situation where there would be such a discrepancy would be, if ordering wine but not sure how much will be used.)
